There isn’t much preparing to do on your end. I always encourage wearing comfortable clothing during a session, doing your best to be present and being hydrated due to the sound-conductive properties of water.
Hydrotherapy: I highly recommend staying hydrated after a session and if possible, soaking in a mineral or Epsom salt bath for 20 minutes minimum (This supports the body in detoxifying or releasing any physical components from the blockages released from the energy field.)
Grounding: In climates that permit, it is highly recommended to spend some time walking barefoot outside in the grass or soil after your session. Connecting the bare feet to the earth will help to ground your energy, drawing excess energy down and out of the body, and drawing the earth’s negatively charged ions up into the body. This can help reduce inflammation, pain and stress. it can also help improve blood flow, energy levels and sleep.
Homework: Becoming more well-balanced usually requires a change in perception and/or action of some kind or another. Simply becoming more aware of our habitual subconscious behaviors, becoming aware of ourselves from the place of ‘the witness,’ broadens the trajectory of our life possibilities. This allows us to choose healthier and self- supporting behaviors.
The human biofield and the Aether operate holographically. This property allows instantaneous communication through any amount of time or distance. This explains things like telepathy, synchronicities and distance healing sessions. I can feel and hear my clients energy field just by tuning into it and having the intention to find it. I know it may sound a bit woo woo however these phenomenon's have been studied and replicated in labs. When I do sessions over the phone it always works the same. It’s quite fascinating and extraordinary!
For the session itself, all that is required of you, is to lie comfortably someplace where you would be uninterrupted for about an hour or so and if possible, wear headphones. We can connect via phone or internet.
Intergenerational trauma (also known as transgenerational trauma) is when the experiences of parents affect the development of their children — and sometimes even their grandchildren. It can show up biologically, socially, mentally, or emotionally. This means what you're dealing with might not have originated with you.
